WE WILL BE DOING…..

 

CIRCUIT Training

  • Each player will perform HOCKEY RELATED exercises that recreate hockey-specific movements and skills.

 

CROSS-SPORT TRAINING 

  • Players will engage in exercises from different sports (Soccer, Basketball, Football, etc) to improve and develop motor skills

 

BASE TESTING and EVALUATIONS

  • Every player will be evaluated and tested for hockey related exercises and physical fitness

 

DEVELOP Fundamentals

  • GET FASTER and improve skating skill and stride technique

  • QUICKER FEET – Build foot speed and agility 

  • IMPROVE PUCKHANDLING – Control the puck with confidence and creativity 

GET HARDER/ACCURATE SHOT – Develop strength, technique and accuracy 

$10 Per Session (drop-in rate $15)

2 Sessions Per Week

SEPTEMBER 23rd – OCTOBER 31st
