WE WILL BE DOING…..
Each player will perform HOCKEY RELATED exercises that recreate hockey-specific movements and skills.
Players will engage in exercises from different sports (Soccer, Basketball, Football, etc) to improve and develop motor skills
BASE TESTING and EVALUATIONS
Every player will be evaluated and tested for hockey related exercises and physical fitness
GET FASTER and improve skating skill and stride technique
QUICKER FEET – Build foot speed and agility
IMPROVE PUCKHANDLING – Control the puck with confidence and creativity
GET HARDER/ACCURATE SHOT – Develop strength, technique and accuracy
$10 Per Session (drop-in rate $15)
