TWO FLIGHTS: Adults or Adults w/Juniors (15 and under - max of 2 jr's per team)
TEE TIMES: Shotgun start at 10:30am. (check-in at 9:30)
GOLF TEAM FEE: $750

POST EVENT SOCIAL: All Players and SYH families welcome. We will be raffling off tons of great prizes at the close of play.

*Every team MUST have at least 1 hockey stick and hockey gloves in their golf bag.

*All event proceeds will benefit Summit Youth Hockey

FAMILIES AND GOLFERS WELCOME!
Come on out and kick off the start of hockey season with the SYH Golf Day complete with “hockey” challenges along the way. There will be two flights, one for just adult teams and another for teams with juniors (15 and under - up to 2 per team) encouraging families to play. In addition, all teams must have a hockey stick and gloves in their bag.

Featuring a sponsored hole-in-one competition from the clubhouse, a raffle, and a post event party at the Club House for all families and players of SYH. Prizes awarded for the top team and then random awards throughout.  A Jr. is someone who is 15 years old or under. We are encouraging our SYH players to take these spots but feel free to bring your Jr. golfers. Juniors will have their own challenges on the course to help each team reduce their score. In addition, Juniors will also have their own drive locations and each team will be required to use 1 drive from their Junior.

Prizes will be awarded for top Juniors, top Team, and then randomly awarded prizes.

EVENT DETAILS:
 

1. SHOTGUN START AT 10:30am – please arrive in time to register, buy raffle tickets, mulligans, eat donuts and fill up your water bottles, take team photos, warm-up etc.
2. PLAY IS ON BEAVER/BEAR.
3. TWO FLIGHTS – Adults and Family – make sure you are registered for the correct flight at time of check in. Tee boxes will be marked for age groups (squirt, peewee, bantam, etc. for the family tee boxes)
4. A GRAB AND GO LUNCH will be available for you to pick up before you tee off.
5. PRIZES are awarded for each flight. 
   1. Family Flight Prize: 6 Month Family Membership to Gravity Haus and 4 AVS Tickets.
   2. Adult Flight Prize: Breckenridge Distillery's Mile High Blend, Broncos Bourbon Limited Edition and 4 AVS Tickets
   3. We have over 70 amazing raffle items and some silent auction items including a signed AVS JERSEY from the winning Stanley Cup team in the auction!
   4. We will also have SYH Golf Shirts, Hockey Mom Hats and some other fun swag for sale.
   5. CHECK AND VENMO will be accepted for team payment and all other items.
6. A BBQ DINNER will be provided and begin at the close of play for all SYH families and players. A big thanks to The Canteen and Robbie’s Tavern for sponsoring the wine at the BBQ and to New Belgium for sponsoring the beer on tap.
