FORMAT: 4-PERSON SCRAMBLE

Adult teams only

TEE TIMES: Shotgun start at 10:00 am. (check-in at 9:15)

GOLF TEAM FEE: $600

LOCATION: Breckenridge Golf Club

POST-EVENT SOCIAL: All Players and SYH families are welcome. We will be raffling off tons of great prizes at the close of play.

*Every team MUST have at least 1 hockey stick and hockey gloves in their golf bag.

*All event proceeds will benefit Summit Youth Hockey
